How to read the prices
- Price from
- A genuinely deliverable offer with the stated scope, not an artificially low starting price. We agree on the final price based on the number of pages or spaces, features and outputs.
- Round of revisions
- One consolidated list of feedback on the agreed direction. A new concept or a change of brief is quoted in advance. Fixes of my own mistakes do not count as revisions.
- Materials
- We agree in advance who provides the texts, photos, access and translations. Standard editing of your text is not copywriting from scratch.
- Basic technical SEO
- Headings and page structure, titles and descriptions, optimised images, a sitemap and basic indexing settings. It does not include ongoing SEO content, link building or guaranteed search rankings.
- Running the website
- Domain, hosting, e-mail and third-party tool licences are not automatically included. Setup, deployment and handover of access are not a subscription or long-term maintenance.
- Bookings
- I distinguish between a link to your booking tool, embedding its standard widget, and development or connection via an API. You pay the booking system and channel manager subscription separately.
- Content pack and management
- With a one-off pack you get files to publish yourself. With monthly management I also take care of the plan, publishing and a results overview. Creating a new visual style is a separate service.
- Schedule
- I confirm it based on the scope and materials.
- Travel
- Outside Prague, we agree on it in advance depending on the location.
- Drone
- Not automatically part of any package. An add-on depending on the location, weather and flight conditions.
- Music
- Licensed for the agreed use. A trending sound from social media may not be suitable for business advertising.
- Currency
- You can view prices in euros or US dollars. The offer always states the final price and the currency of the invoice.

I’m Teodor.
I build websites, take photos and shoot video. I love it when the parts of a presentation fit together: a photo I take has its place on the website I build, and a video from the same day runs on Instagram.
I work most with accommodation, and I know it from the other side too: I’m a host myself and rent out my own place – my accommodation on Airbnb (opens in a new window) short-term on Airbnb as a Superhost. Together with my brother I built BnBMind, a brand focused on running and promoting accommodation, so I know what guests need to see before they book. I’m just as happy to shape businesses, cafés and brands.
With me, you talk directly to the person doing the work. I can handle a single photo or a project from logo to website. On larger and more complex projects I team up with other talented creatives and marketing specialists to deliver the results you need. I’m based in Prague, travel across the Czech Republic for shoots, and handle websites, graphics and editing remotely too.

You tell me what you want to create, for whom and where you’ll use it. We also look at the materials you already have.
We agree on scope and price
We define the deliverables, schedule, materials and price. You’ll know what the project includes and how we’ll proceed.
I create the design and deliverables
Within the agreed scope I prepare the design, photos, video or graphics. We confirm the direction along the way and incorporate the agreed feedback.
I hand over the finished work
You receive the agreed deliverables for their intended use. For a website, we also go through how to use and manage it, to the extent we agreed.

You might be wondering
Yes. We can do just the website, photos, Reels or a visual style. If you need more deliverables, I’ll prepare a combined offer.
25 edited photos and two finished vertical Reels for Instagram and Facebook. We agree on the concepts in advance, I photograph and film the shots needed on site, and I deliver the finished edits with music for the agreed use.
In the Photos + 2 Reels package I deliver the finished files. Publishing and ongoing profile management can be ordered separately.
A logo if needed, colours, fonts, graphic elements and a set of editable templates for posts, Stories and Reel covers. I add Highlight covers and a short guide so that future content keeps the same look. Specific posts, photography, filming and ongoing management are separate services.
Content management is part of the Extended website and the combined accommodation package. We agree in advance which parts will be editable, and I’ll show you how to use them at handover.
