Terms and conditions

Teodor Prchlík, Company ID (IČO) 23120789, registered office Drslavice 205, 687 33 Drslavice. I am a self-employed individual under the Czech Trade Licensing Act and I am not a VAT payer.

All projects you order from me: websites and landing pages, photography, video and Reels, social media content and management, logos, visual styles and print materials.

They apply to businesses and consumers alike. Anything we agree differently in the offer or by e-mail takes precedence over these terms.

You send me an enquiry through the form, by e-mail or by phone. Based on it, I prepare an offer with the scope, price and schedule.

The contract is concluded when you confirm the offer by e-mail. Prices on the website are indicative (“from”); only the price in the confirmed offer is binding.

The price in the offer is final; I do not add VAT. Domain, hosting, e-mail, booking system subscriptions and third-party tool licences are not included unless the offer says otherwise.

The offer states the currency of the price (Czech crowns, euros or US dollars). I invoice in that currency.

If the offer includes a deposit, I start work once it is paid. I invoice the rest after handover, payable within 14 days. Monthly services (social media management) are always invoiced at the beginning of the month.

Extra work outside the agreed scope (a new concept, another page, additional outputs) is quoted in advance and done only with your approval.

In the offer we agree who provides the texts, photos, logos, access and translations. If materials arrive later, the deadline moves by the same amount of time.

You are responsible for the materials you provide: you must hold the rights to them, and the people in them must agree to publication. This also applies to people I photograph or film at your request.

The number of revision rounds is stated in the offer or the price list. A round of revisions is one consolidated list of feedback on the agreed direction. Fixes of my own mistakes do not count as revisions.

Additional rounds or a change of brief are quoted in advance.

We agree on the date and place in advance. You can move or cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours before. If you cancel later, I may charge costs already incurred, such as travel or equipment rental.

If the weather does not allow an outdoor shoot or a drone flight, we find a new date at no charge. Travel outside Prague is agreed in advance depending on the location.

I deliver photos and videos in their finished form via a download link, and websites by deploying them to your domain and handing over access. Raw data (RAW files, project files) is not part of the handover unless it is in the offer.

If you find a mistake in the finished work, let me know as soon as possible and I will fix it free of charge.

Once the full price is paid, you may use the finished work for the purpose we agreed on (website, social media, advertising, print) without any time or territorial limits. For a logo and visual style you receive an exclusive licence, so I will not provide them to anyone else.

I may show the finished work in my portfolio and on social media unless we agree otherwise.

Fonts, stock photos, music and other third-party works are governed by their authors’ licences. I will tell you in advance what the licence covers.

I am not liable for outages and changes of third-party services (hosting, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, booking systems). I do not guarantee a number of bookings, followers or search rankings: they also depend on things I cannot influence.

Towards businesses, my liability for damage is limited to the price of the project.

You can end social media management at any time by e-mail. It ends on the last day of the month following the month in which the notice arrived.

If you order as a consumer at a distance (by e-mail, phone or through the form), you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it. Just write to kontakt@teodorprchlik.cz.

If you expressly asked me to start work within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part for the work already done. Once I have fully completed the service with your consent, the right of withdrawal ends.

You can also resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).

Relationships under these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code. I may change these terms; your project is governed by the version in effect on the day you confirmed the offer.
