How I handle the details you send me through the enquiry form or by e-mail.
Who processes the data

What data and why
Your name, e-mail and what you write in the form: project type, description, a link to your website or Instagram, budget and deadline. I use them only to reply to you and prepare an offer.
Legal basis
I process data from the form and e-mail to negotiate a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Website analytics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long
For as long as we discuss working together. If we don’t end up working together, I delete the enquiry within 12 months at the latest.
Who has access
The form sends the enquiry by e-mail through the Resend service, and the website runs on the Vercel platform. Both services handle the data only to deliver the message and run the website. If you allow analytics, Google (Google Analytics) also receives data about your visit. I don’t sell the data to anyone or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Only if you allow it in the banner, I measure traffic with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). It tells me how many people visited the website, where they came from, which pages they viewed, what they clicked (for example e-mail, phone or the enquiry) and what device they used. Google stores the _ga and _ga_… cookies for up to 2 years and keeps visit data for 14 months. Google does not store your IP address. Google may also process the data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent nothing is measured and the website only stores your choice in your browser. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. The website does not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object. Just write to kontakt@teodorprchlik.cz. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
